Refund Policy

Refunds for the FlareWatch guided deployment service are handled through Polar.sh.

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Merchant of record

FlareWatch checkout, payment collection, taxes, invoices, and refunds are handled by Polar.sh acting as merchant of record. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Polar when approved.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@flarewatch.app or using the support options made available by Polar. This 14-day window is intended to align with EU withdrawal rules for distance purchases.

Digital service caveat

FlareWatch is a digital deployment service. If you ask the service to begin immediately by starting or completing the guided deployment during the 14-day period, your statutory right to withdraw may be limited or lost where applicable law allows, especially once the service has been fully performed.

Even then, we will review reasonable refund requests in good faith, especially for duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, or cases where the guided deployment cannot complete due to a FlareWatch-side problem.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases and renewals are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where FlareWatch approves a refund for a specific service failure.

Effect of a refund

A refunded purchase may revoke or disable the related license key and future guided access to updates or redeployments. The open-source resources already deployed in your Cloudflare account may remain there, but you remain responsible for operating, updating, or deleting them.

How to request a refund

Include the purchase email, Polar order or receipt information if available, and a short explanation of the request. Do not include payment card numbers, Cloudflare credentials, or other secrets.
