What FlareWatch sells
FlareWatch sells a guided deployment service for the open-source FlareWatch status page. The one-time purchase price is $39. The service helps deploy the open-source software into your own Cloudflare account without requiring you to run the CLI or edit infrastructure files by hand.
The FlareWatch status page software itself is open source under the MIT license. You can self-deploy it without buying this service. The paid product is the deployment experience, license validation for the guided wizard, and access to guided update flows while your license is valid.
Operator
The service is operated by Samin Yousefnia. Support contact: support@flarewatch.app.
Payments, license keys, and renewal
Payments, tax handling, invoices, license issuance, and checkout are processed by Polar.sh acting as merchant of record. FlareWatch does not receive or store your full payment card details.
A purchase grants one license for one live deployment in one Cloudflare account. The license may be bound to the Cloudflare account used for deployment. Sharing a license key or using it for multiple live customer accounts is not allowed.
Continued guided access to updates may require a valid license. If your license expires, the app may surface a $29 renewal option. Expiry of the guided update license does not by itself remove the open-source resources already deployed in your Cloudflare account.
Your Cloudflare account
The deployment runs in your Cloudflare account. You are responsible for maintaining that account, paying any Cloudflare charges, keeping your account access secure, and complying with Cloudflare's terms and applicable law.
During setup, FlareWatch may use Cloudflare OAuth tokens or other credentials you provide to create or update Workers, KV namespaces, DNS records when requested, and related resources. Those credentials are used only for the deployment and related wizard actions.
No hosting or uptime guarantee
FlareWatch is not a managed hosting service for your status page. After deployment, the monitoring workers, status page, and stored monitoring data run in your Cloudflare account. FlareWatch does not guarantee that your status page, monitors, Cloudflare account, DNS, or third-party services will remain available.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FlareWatch disclaims warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis by email at support@flarewatch.app. FlareWatch does not promise response times, incident response, custom development, or operational monitoring of your Cloudflare account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to abuse Cloudflare, attack third-party systems, bypass license limits, interfere with the service, or deploy content or monitoring targets that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. For questions about these terms, contact support@flarewatch.app.
